「不老玉女」方季惟，才剛演完TVBS偶像劇，就客串驚悚喜劇片《校花神經刀》，雖然是和一眾年輕演員合作，卻一點也不違和，即將邁入「知天命」之年的她，看起來仍只有30歲左右。
《校花神經刀》集結許多年輕演員，包括曾子余、安晨芯、盧彥澤、劉國劭、劉家成、劉倩玟等，他們都在片場搶著跟方季惟玩自拍，站在一起合照時，方季惟臉上的緊實度及膠原蛋白，完全不輸其他人，歲月在她臉上幾乎看不出痕跡。
當問到方季惟，如何保持「凍齡」祕方時？她表示：?運動的部分，每周都會固定打太極拳3-4次，至於飲食方面，原本我大部分時間都吃素，基本上就比較清淡，偶爾會吃魚肉跟喝魚湯，補充蛋白質跟體力。」
